1. I have done a juice fast for three days before and felt awesome.
2. I am tired of using my protruding stomach as a tray in the car.
3. Speaking of my car....it stinks! It smells like old fast food all the time.

5. I get out of breath going up the stairs, even though I ran a half marathon 6 months ago.

7. I am 30 pounds overweight.
8. I am spending about the same amount of money on junk food and soda anyway.
9. I want to supplement my kids diet with the hidden nutrients of kale and spinach, hidden by apple and lime, of course.
10. I just want to see what it's like!
