So, just for fun, I counted how many times I had to pee yesterday as my body relieved itself of all of my soda drinking, high sodium food related bloating! The total...13! If you plan to do a juice fast, be sure to have a potty nearby and drink PLENTY OF WATER! Otherwise, you can get dehydrated, causing nasty headaches. Don't assume the juice will do the job, just because it's liquid. Straight water is important. I can't wait to see my weight and pics this weekend, because my clothes already feel different from the bloating being reduced!
